A few quick answers to the most common sign-in problems. If these don’t help, ask for help in the Alliance Communications Workspace.

How do I sign in?

1. Click Sign in with Slack.
2. Slack will ask for an email address. Use the email that’s associated with your Alliance Communications Slack account.
3. Sign in with that email and password, or use Google if your Slack account is linked to Google.
4. Complete any two-factor or captcha prompts Slack shows.
5. Slack asks if the dashboard can see your name and email. Click Accept and Continue.
6. You’re in.

I can’t sign in — what’s wrong?

Most likely your Slack account isn’t part of the Alliance Communications Workspace. Ask the workspace admin to add you. If you ARE in the workspace and still can’t get in, try signing out of Slack entirely (slack.com → Settings → Sign out) and back in.

How do I sign out?

Click Sign out in the top right of any page.
